sender lights up a cigarette a foot away from someone they killed before offering one to receiver @ jongwoo <3
you look at the body. you really don't want to, it's just.. that your eyes are drawn to it. it's vile, the way the blood pools beneath them and the insides are exposed for you to see, the imagery of spewed guts and viscera will forever be etched within your mind. it's something that you'll pluck out of your stack of memories once it's late at night, using the sight for your book as you describe the scene in heavy details, from how the cement looked underneath it to how the moonlight spilled over like a shrine.
in the present, though, it just makes you sick to your stomach. nausea rises dangerously high before you roughly swallow and divert your attention to the person standing near it, reaching out with trembling fingers to grasp the cigarette offered to you. you bring it to lips and inhale as if you'll die without it, the smoke somehow settling your stomach a bit, enough to speak without expelling anything at least. what a miracle that is.
" thanks.. " it's almost embarrassing that, as a horror and crime writer (and a murderer yourself), you're so affected by this but it's likely because all of your assaults or harm towards others happen in a fit of rage. clouded mind and eyes distorting everything enough so that shame doesn't flood mind 'til afterwards, when you look down to see your palms bloody and raw. you wonder how he can stand so casually next to the dead body.. it reminds you of moonjo and kihyuk. the thought makes a shiver go down your spine.
" what are you planning to do with.. that. " back in the goshiwon, a certain someone would simply call the twins and have them clean the mess. do they have that capability? to just call someone up to deal with it for them? @chokeshold
