@jongup-yrp: It mostly depends on a theme but the basic is this (I am using your current theme as a example) You must look for were the a href section is (by this i mean were the links are) in your theme they are on line 700 til 709
so what you have to do is just add another link under them (exactly under them before the /div closes)
