As we’re now two weeks into being open, we’re clarifying our activity rules just a little more. Interest checks and removals will still be conducted roughly biweekly, however, we will be doing interest checks every 15th of the month, and removals on the 1st of the month. While this isn’t exactly two weeks either side, we’d like to see how this version of activity checking works for everyone. Of course, if members prefer it’s kept to the same weekday every two weeks after trying this out for a month or two, we will consider changing it.
This means that we will be officially counting activity starting from today, April 1st, and our first interest check will be on April 15th. As stated in our rules, interest checks will consist of your muse(s) being added to our interest check announcement post, and you will receive a direct message from the main to see if we can do anything to support you in being more active. If we do not hear back from you, and you don’t post any starters or replies before the end of the month, your muse(s) will be removed from the roleplay.
We understand that there are drawbacks to such lax activity requirements, but our aim here is to facilitate a space that’s accommodating towards people with inevitably busy schedules and other responsibilities. We're all adults here, and we understand that sometimes there is little time or energy left at the end of a hard work day, and we don’t want to make writing in our space feel like a chore.
Our rules will be updated accordingly to reflect this slight alteration, however the essence of our activity requirements is staying largely the same!
