More Channel Future Stuff
Wanted to elaborate a bit about the future schedule ideas I have for my channel.Â
First off, when I mentioned that (when the plan I outlined in my previous blog post is put into motion) Thursdays through Sundays would be 'random games', or 'whatever I feel like' days, you may have wondered about the Jon Tries series. What would be the point of it continuing if I did random games all the time? So, that needs to be clarified...
Jon Tries will continue to sporadically exist in certain circumstances. When I play a game for only one or two episodes it will be called 'Jon Tries (enter game name)'. However, those that I play for several episodes will be titled like a normal series, rather I finish them or not.
I would also like to say, I'm not ruling out having more than three primary focuses (with Minecraft, Kingdom Hearts, Zelda Wind Waker), if a game gets a lot of positive reaction (or I just really love playing it and wanna finish it) it might become a regular series. ALSO, don't be surprised if a primary focus game gets more than one day in certain weeks (especially in an effort to complete the game sooner, or whatever).
But anyway, that's where I stand with those ideas right now. A bit of dependability for you guys, and yet some freedom for me to experiment and not be under as much pressure.
Oh, and a couple more things... In January 2013 I plan on doing at least 2 Wii U series. I'm waiting for a few reasons (chief among them the need for a better tv), so it won't be a release day project. But, I do plan on doing release day gameplay of 007 Legends and NASCAR The Game : Inside Line, when they come out. Also, February 2013 will see the release day start of my Sly 4 blind LP. ;)
