I Decided to Make Immediate Changes.
- I am an inexperienced adult who has a food addiction who wants to lose fat, tone up muscle, and gain muscle.
I also want to be knowledgeable in nutrition and excercising and fitness.
I have a vision of living a healthy lifestyle with healthy habits. Being able to maintain a consistent and healthy diet as well as a balance with daily exercise routine that keep you feeling and looking great. (And keep you healthy.)
- Before I had time to do research I was hit with a theory. What if I buy a boat load of fruits and vegetables and bring them to work with me?
What if the start of a healthy lifestyle begins with not eating less but consuming the healthy nutrients instead of the unhealthy ones?
I decided to test this theory and see if I buy a bucket load of fruits and vegetables and being them with me. I can eat as much as I want as long as it is only the fruits and vegetables.
If I replace my junk food consumption to an equal amount of fruit and vegetable consumption then I will get rid of my food addiction.
- No background research done to this.
My theory is that I’ll replace whatever addictive nutrients and chemicals are in the food with something healthier. And that eventually I will “detox” my body from all these chemicals and stop craving junk food so much that I will naturally reduce my calorie intake and transition into a healthier food intake.
- Will I become more addicted to sugar? Sugar!? Does fruit have sugar?
- What kind of nutrients am I putting in my body?
