Surgeon Crabs
Surgeon crabs are amazing creatures I know they don't exist but they are a fascinating concept. For those of you who don't know someone came up with the idea that their is a species of highly intelligent crabs that can understand basic patterns like when certain things will happen of a set schedule. Not only that but they have to sets of saliva one paralyses without removing feeling in their victims and the other quickly solidifies so as to keep their victims alive. While most crabs work alone and have claws, surgeon crabs (ps they are all about the size of King crabs) have blades and work together. They paralyze their pray and systematically cut them apart and eat them with the victim always feeling it being in constant pain with no relief of passing out from blood loss in sight. They are torn apart until the crabs eat their victims in their entirety and the victims feel it until their bodies go into shock or until too many vital organs are devoured and the victim dies. Now their is also a sub species that only eats the lower half of their victims and leaves their internal organs intact... They do still eat anything not necessary to live not including much of the torso. They do this and then make small incisions in the victims stomach and lay eggs inside which then later hatch and finish the job of their parents. Glad they don't exist I love the beach but it would still be an interesting thing to have around...mmm...
