One of the first things Bucky did after Tesla scampered was to get a haircut. Stole an office pair of scissors from a garage. Opening and closing the rusting blades, he looked at himself in the mirror. Not really worse for wear. Maybe a little bit...wound up. Crash landing from a satellite would do that to a person. So, he gave himself a haircut. It was slightly lopsided, but hey– his left arm was in the ocean.
The second thing he did was to change into some civilian clothes. Also taken from said garage. A purple button up and faded jeans. Leaving his hair pile, uniform, and scissors in the store bathroom, Bucky headed to the one...Actually second, person he wanted to see.
