I dont know I think there's a lot of ways we make ourselves into burdens when we really aren't, and I think there are a lot of ways to relieve some of that burden in each other too.
Tonight my mom apologized in advance for keeping me up with the sound of her coughing, cause she's sick.
At first I said "oh, you won't keep me up"
Then she gave me a look and said "I might"
And it just kinda burst out of me. I said "then it is a privilege to be kept up by you."
I dont know, she was kind of shocked for a second. I don't know if anyone had said that to her before.
Point is, sometimes a burden isn't a burden. It's a privilege. Its a privilege for me to know my mom and get to spend time with her, and be there when she is sick and coughing.
Okay... I've been considering drawing other slashers but... I kinda feel like I'll get a lot followers that'll be really disappointed to find I'm a Collector and/or Arkin first kind of pal.
