I conquered with heavier weights today!!!!!! I’m feeling accomplished!
JMBR Week 1, Day 6. Decided I just couldn’t commit to the cardio tonight so half way though I stopped and got on the treadmill for 2.25 miles instead. Working on building some faster walking on an incline. My lower back and knees thanked me!

Workout 1 (Day 1) of Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution
I was so close to skipping my workout for the day, even though I'd been planning it for a week. I had a headache, and I just felt really shitty as far as depression. The depression parts of my brain kept telling me that I couldn't do it, so I may as well put it off. In the end, some stronger part of me broke through, and I convinced myself to at least try. I ended up doing a kickass workout. This is the kind of day I need to remember on days when it's harder to break through the depression.
