i am so tired of being always in pain. the worst part is that it makes me think mean stuff that i do not believe or want to think and i just. ugh. it makes it so difficult to have empathy for other people's struggles.

i feel so mean because i will see someone having a hard time and my mind will go straight to "well at least you can fucking move" which is so bad!!!!!!! i feel so awful!!

i know it's not intentional and i know i don't actually think this stuff and i'm actually very empathetic but i just. i feel so bad for my friends. how can j be a good friend when my mind says mean stuff.

i'm jusg in so much pain. i'm tired of having to be in bed constantly in pain constantlg it hurts so much. this is so much to deal with. and i feel so awful because i actially want to be a decent friend but. it's hard when i"m in so much pain all the time. and that's not even beginninv to cover the mental and emotional struggles. just my body being a wreck. i .i hate this so much llease anyeone help id do anything to stop feeling this way
