Not for the faint of heart, Annie confesses to literally shaking Kimo (Carolyn's son) when he would not stop crying due to an ear infection, neglecting a child that had a fever to engage in a sexual tryst with another member of the community, and nearly killing Jim twice with her negligence - the most serious of which causing Jim to need to be revived by Stephan Jones.

I've had some time to think about it, and even with the terrible things that Jim had done, I can't help but feel that almost no one closest to him had his best interest at heart. Jim was at the mercy of the inner circle in the end, and in my opinion, not fully in power. Not that this downplays any of the harm done by Jim to other people - nothing excuses that - but with "friends" like this, who needed enemies?

Jim was so paranoid about others drugging him and being attacked by the CIA and outer forces, when truly the largest harms being done to him were coming from inside of the house.

What a horrific end for everyone.
