teddy knows a lot of people, his friendly demeanor allowing him to be rather forward when it came to interactions with strangers. but the person in front of him he can’t seem to place for the life of him. their features are vaguely familiar, like he’d definitely seen them around enough to recognize them like this, but for some reason it felt like this is the first time he’s seeing the other.  ‘ hi, ’  he ends up saying to them,  ‘ i didn’t mean to stare, but ... do i know you from somewhere ? ’
