Everyone in the house is sick with this cold, but I've got it worst. Took El to the pediatrician, though, because baby. Anyway, I'm the only one who's had much of a fever--got up to 38.6 (that's around 101 F I think? So just enough to feel konda shitty wothout being dangerous). I've been up all night because when I lay down I can't stop coughing, and El and @thesurestthing need their rest.
Zoey/Penny is a MACHINE--Since she's been feeling less shitty than the rest of us(albeit still shitty), she has decreed that all unavoidable errands shall be run by her. @geniussheepworld has been--understandably--mostly sleeping, and emerging from her room only for absolute necessities. (Although she still leaves her door open a lot when she's awake to stay connected.)
Oh, and of COURSE whatever bug this is amplifies my joint and nerve pain. Bleh.

Fucking hell. @geniussheepworld 's mom is in the hospital after an ER visit for sudden shortness of breath. They don't know what's wrong yet, except that she's having trouble breathing. We're helping as much as we're able to, but most likely we're going to have to help Jhane do some crowdfunding for her.
Man, I hope they clear me to eat solid food Monday. Eggs would be soft enough if boiled, but apparently I have a mild egg sensitivity, so I can only eat them with stuff like toast... which I can't have right now. I got desperate and tried to eat a couple of chips today. It did not go well lol
So yeah, Ensure, protein powder, noodles with veggie dumplings boiled until they basically dissolve, the puddings and the mashed veggies @thesurestthing makes me, and ice cream are most of what I've been able to eat so far this week.
And now that Zoey is sick with this thing they're trying to figure out, the only people in the house running on all cylinders are @geniussheepworld and Baby El.
