I like how to go between Charles and Tub all the actor has to do is put glasses on and off. That's so funny. I also love Fleming always wears a bowtie, that's a fun nod to James Bond. (Also I know this isn't actually what you asked but a small pet peeve of my dad's that is now mine as well, Captain Jewell wears the uniform of a captain. While yes he captained the HMS Seraph for Mincemeat, Captain Jewell wasn't a captain. He was a lieutenant. Monty actually outranked him)

Tomorrow we could all be gone, if a single thing goes wrong, for all we know we don't have long" in JFT gets me everytime. You can hear Monty desperately trying to hide or drink away the fear. Also probs not what's being asked, I love everytime Bevan and Monty duet. To play Bevan you need a commanding voice with gravitas that says "listen to me, I know what I'm on about". To play Monty you need an arrogant voice that says "I love the sound of my voice" and that energy has to be contagious enough to make people listen to him. So when these two duet, you are engaged as two voices that say "listen to me" sing similar yet different opinions and tones. It's beautiful.
