Klip z oblężenia Jasnej Góry, bo jest to moim zdaniem moment przełomowy całej narracji – jako całości, ale także wielu wątków z osobna.
The siege of Jasna Góra monastery was in my opinion the turning point of the whole story—both pertaining to the whole structure and to individual storylines.

SO! I finally have watched Ogniem i Mieczem (With Fire and Sword) (yeah, I know after all these years 😆 It’s a polish classic, historical drama from 1999 directed by Jerzy Hoffman)
I think, that despite Michał Żebrowski’s beauty, because he was and still is a very beautiful man!
And the fact that his character, Skrzetuski, is a good person, an exemplary patriot, and soldier, etc, etc, if I were Helena, I’d choose Bohun 🤷♀️ I guess it’s my weakness for troubled souls or sth! Here he is, the antagonist:
