Finding Jericho was the easy part. but he had more tact than humans- they, who clumsily scoured and destroyed and killed. He wouldn’t be fulfilling his mission to the best of his ability if he returned the deviant’s leader in pieces.
Still, there is a gun pinned beneath his belt should the need arise, and he supposed Markus could easily call for help at any given second. An impasse.
