LIFE IS MOTION
Ancient Greeks loved, respected, celebrated sports. And it's not only about the fit body, competition, discipline or having fun.
I remember myself doing 15 minutes sport breaks while revising for my exams, it always helped to wake myself up, relax and then reconcentrate.
I write this because I want you to try to jump, run, dance, whatever you please, before taking energy drinks, antidepressants and so on. As Russians say, in a healthy body - healthy spirit. Just do it:)
