(I don’t even particularly care about Robbie, I was just going to write about Wendy, but how did I just wrote all of that without stopping?) (Somehow I feel more connected with Robbie after writing this.)

Wendy Corduroy, Enforcer. She is four years older than the Pine twins. She became an Enforcer when she was 21 years old, her Crime Coefficient rose when she was around 17 years old because of…(?)

When Dipper first entered the Bureau as an Inspector (Shepherd 2) (18), he worked under Robbie Valentino (Shepherd 1) (24) who was serious and annoyed all the time. Robbie became an Inspector because of his parents and because the system rated that it was his best route. He had been keeping his “Psycho-pass” clear by play electro-guitar and making graffiti in his room. He deeply despises enforcers and is constantly irritated by them. Robbie enjoys being a part of the Sibyl system because he dislike choices and believes that the system would find him a perfect future.

When Wendy Corduroy (21) became an enforcer, who worked under him, Robbie (23) was drawn to the carefree charming enforcer; however, at the same time, feeling conflicted about his feeling and the system. He tries to mask his feelings by berating Wendy, only to get made fun of by Wendy.

(HMMM, I think maybe Robbie looks too “good”. Might need to change the character design.)

After Dipper joined as an Inspector, Robbie often made it harder for him to work on cases. During the time, Wendy helped Dipper a lot and the two became good friends, which only fuel the anxiety inside Robbie. It was clear to Robbie that Dipper admired (liked) Wendy which made him furious. Meanwhile his “Psycho-pass” rose with this anger and frustration.

On a dangerous case, he purposely led Dipper into a wrong path, which got him attacked by…(?) Wendy found out and went to the location to save Dipper. On her way back with wounded Dipper, she encountered Robbie who told her to drop Dipper and let him die. Robbie threaten her with the Dominator and confessed his love to her, she lied Dipper in the alley and pointed her Dominator at him. 

“How dare you point at an Inspector!” Robbie yelled. 

“You are no longer an inspector, you are criminal just like me.” 

Wendy fired her Dominator with a sad face.(?) “Worst than me.” (I am not sure if I was going to make Robbie exceed 300 to make the gun lethal.) 

This happens after Mabel joins (?) (I am not sure yet.)
