JEE Main 2014 Seat Allotment
In JEE Main 2014 Seat Allotment, candidates will be able to get seat in one of the top colleges of the country on the basis of their All India Rank in JEE Main 2014. The seat will be allotted on the basis of candidates performance in the examination, number of vacant seats in the institutes and the categorical rank of the candidate as well. Candidates those who scored more than or equal to the cutoff marks will be considered eligible for the JEE Main Seat Allotment process. There will be total of four rounds in JEE Main 2014 Seat Allotment process. First of all a spot round is conducted for arising the vacancies from these four rounds. Then candidates can pick the default options given to them or they can upgrade the options in the successive rounds. The candidates have the option to confirm the default options allotted to them or modify it in the successive rounds.
After the registration candidates have to fill the options in JEE Main Seat Allotment 2014 process and after the allotment of seat they have to report to the particular institute for ensuring his/her seat. Candidates must take all their documents to the institute and complete all the formalities including the payment of fees, otherwise the seat status will be set vacant for other candidates.
