He had drugged her after bringing her to his place. Had laughed at how easily he had gotten her to follow him back there for tea. Lured her in with a kiss...

Yet, Kate knew the dangers of accepting such a thing. The only real bit of that night that had bothered her was the Jed had drugged her. Death was something inevitable in the fog, and following a killer home did have some danger. Despite all of that, though, he still had not killed her... Jed hadn't even hurt her, even though he could have.

A phone ring comes from Kates hiding place. When she pickt up a familiar voice was heard.

"Kate! ..uh h- ..good evening. I was wondering if you might want to come over. You know chilling, watching movies, a sleepover or something..." -Jed

When.... when did she get a phone?

Fog Fuckery at its finest (and probably some odd Entity joke). She listened to the familiar voice in silence as she considered the question.

A movie and a sleepover? A movie that didn't involve Sadako popping out of the television or those strange videos playing at Léry's? A beast of silence passed.

Starlight? That was a new little nickname for her. Kate couldn't keep the grin off of her face either at it. It was cute!

Kate hadn't expected to be chased here -- hence why she wore heels instead of flats. Seeing a huge wolverine man of the not Hugh Jackman variety had her squeaking in surprise. Though it wasn't expected, she could still sort of run in heels.

When she realized it didn't seem to be a serious chase she peeked over a shoulder as she wove between people mingling. There was something about him that seemed familiar.

Someone wants a kiss.

Jed DID just nya at her. Kate tried to hold it in but --

"Do I?" Kate asked, pointedly looking down at herself. She was dressed in her usual clothing, not having stolen one of his shirts again. "I don't think I do."

A series of heartbeats later, the songbird realized what it was. Oh. Oh. "Wait...."

"Did... you just realize that you left your knife behind?"

"For the breaking in my house several times. For stealing aswell and for make my feels confused."

Kate frowned at the Ghostface, her arms crossed in front of her. "It was just the one time, and I didn't try to hide it, and even stayed there for you to find me."

Idly, she rubbed at an arm. His feelings were also confused? At least it wasn't just her. "I think we should probably talk..."
