Are we ok? What changed? Where did things go wrong?

I hate when I upset you. I feel terrible. I never mean it but I'm such an idiot that I end up making things worse. I try to be good but end up the bad guy. I'm so stupid. I can't believe how much I've fucked up. You're mad at me right now and have every right to be. But it kills me inside knowing you'd rather go leave than to talk things out with me. You're upset and it hurts me. I honestly thought I was trying to help you but to hear you talk to me that way. The tone you never used before. It cut me deep. Chilled me to the bone. I never thought you'd call me the word you did just now but I deserved it. I feel like a terrible person. I've always prided myself in being able to help people but I think I just messed everything up. Now I'm scared if you'll ever forgive me. Or if anything changed. That you'll never see me the same. Seeing your name now hurts me. Seeing your name cuts me up inside. Thinking about you hurts because I'm here living with the fact that I messed up. Maybe I could've gone about this better. Maybe I could've done t different. Maybe then you wouldn't have been so hurt afterwards. It was never my intention Don't you hate when your beloved can't even stand to talk to you? I feel sick
