obviously it started with the coltlandgentry au when i watched all 3 movies in 2 days so ryland and colt seavers (colton gentry grace) are twins and their older brother is courtland gentry who eventually shoots their abusive father and gets jailed:((( he then becomes the sierra six and all that jazz you know how it is he keeps tabs on the twins but really only knows as much as fitzroy tells him so he is shocked when he sees colt's accident on tv so he finally meets the twins and they learn he actually IS alive, and after the mess that happens with the gray man he and claire now have no one else but are put into witness protection and start a relatively normal life, occasionally being able to meet the twins and later they tell the entire family about court too.

the twins stay with uncle holland from The Nice Guys (which i completely altered the timeline of) for a little while before being adopted by some irrelevant family (grace is their mothers last name) , at that point holland wasnt even married yet as he is the youngest sibling of their mother, he's in his early twenties when court dies(!)

the twins occasionally call and visit the marches and events of the nice guys happen like a month before the gray man and they meet healy while reintroducing court and by extension, claire, who court has taken in.

they have cousins other than holly on their mother's side ofc which includeee;

jacob who was 2 years younger than the twins (would always annoy the hell out of ryland with colt as a teen and i AM going to be drawing that) is currently dating the one and only sebastian wilder after their respective breakups with emma stone (jacob's still friends with cal and hannah, also a regular at seb's)

jacob's adopted brother is ken who's a bit eccentric you know how he is its not really canon compliant but i wanted him to be included in the family stuff sooo bad sue me

k is their older c.ai obsessed brother but lives rly far away they dont know a lot about him and neither does he, might even think he was disowned at one point so he doesnt contact them back. they used to be close with court as kids

lars is the gentry boys' cousin from their fathers side. even if they dont have a lot of good memories about him they still try to reach out to lars and invite him to family events. lars is with driver and they met when him and colt were working on a movie together (they always do and colt annoys the hell out of driver by yapping constantly)

and imagine that somewhere out there on top of the family tree is grandpa noah

there's also jody and barbie who are always there for the family events and the guy nobody invited that somehow shows up every time (tom ryder)
