#jaydescendants

I'm hearing lots of bad feedback about the new Descendants book Escape From The Isle. It doesn't sound canon and Melissa has changed the characters completely and they don't seem as independent as they used to. I heard from @unapologeticallyjaylos that they aren't mentioned unless their girlfriend or boyfriends are mentioned. They can't seem to go through the story without either being with their other half or texting them or whatever. I can't believe how much they have changed the characters and not for the better. I really hope that this isn't like this in the movie. Also, since when would Jay cancel on Carlos or dinner? He would never do that to Carlos. I don't like how they are making the characters sound in this book. The are also making Carlos seem abit dumb from what I have heard. Carlos would never ask dumb questions. He's the smartest kid from the isle!!!
