Hey! I'm wondering if you can help me. I used to work in a bakery and we would often make something called Java Cakes (I'm fairly certain this was the name, not to be confused with Jaffa cakes, nor cakes with java in them). They were a white, rectangular hand sized cake, soaked in some sugary mixture, then rolled in chopped nuts. I never got a recipe from the bakery, which has since closed, and I've been searching for one for years. Have you heard of these?
I never heard of these… anyone? :)
