The start of it was just annoying, it picked up by the end. However it was just ok, I did not enjoy it, but I was not pained by watching it. I did not feel anything for the characters and was just confused and apathetic. The animation was fine, simply boring really. A simple style like used here can come across as cute, satisfying or crisp. I assume here the intended result was cute, however the irritating tune did not result in it being cute. The colours used here did not carry over the attempted tone. In fact it reminds me of a weird mobile game character that you would find irritating.  3/10.
