Today’s last-minute snack was preemptive rather than reactionary - I was worried I’d get too hungry before falling asleep and then not be able to fall asleep (part of what happened on Day 6, for example) and I also started getting ready for bed later than I would like. I think this is the most borderline I’d like to get and still qualify a day as a successful one in terms of these particular goals. Just a note to myself not to push it anymore than this!
Breakfast: Skipped because I was sleeping lol (couldn’t fall asleep until ~3:30 a.m. last night T_T)
Lunch: Oatmeal, tomato slices, Ritz crackers
Dinner: Delicious charcuterie board - various cured meats, cheese, bread, butter, olive oil, olives, crackers, nuts, jams, and a bit of rosé
Snack: Ritz crackers, Nature valley granola bar
Went on a 35-minute walk with Dan today :)
Getting ready for a bed a bit later than planned, at 11:42 p.m. but not too bad, not too bad.
