Context: my family (Mom's German side) has always used butter/margarine on every meat and cheese sandwich. Everyone I've talked to find this very weird. The only people I've met who also do this were of German descent, and it has me curious!

First book of the year swallowed whole in a day.
I also pottered in the garden this morning, mainly pulling weeds. Tidied my desk a little (the office needs a good clean up; maybe on the weekend), watched F game for a while, and made a beef noodle stir-fry for dinner.
