β£ ππππππππ ππππ ππππππ -β£ New Jersey Judge James Troiano, responsible for overseeing an adolescent rape case in 2018, has requested of his own volition to resign after receiving backlash from the appeals court following his lenient decision towards the rapist.β£ β£ The judge is reported saying that rape ββtradition[ally]β involved two or more males using a weapon to threaten a victim in an βabandon[ed] house,β βshedβ or βshackβ β criteria that does not fall in line with the victims situation.
