I knew I was going to get too into this,” Elena shook her head with a laugh as she looked through the catalogue, holding up different swatches to see what furniture and decor matched the best. She’d been doing her best to help James prepare his business and was having way too much fun in doing so. “What do we think of this combination? Maybe it’s a little too bright? We wouldn’t want anything to clash of course.”

“What’s a girl got to do to convince you to scooch your little butt onto that dancefloor with me?” Verity nudged her boyfriend with a grin on her lips. “I have been itching to get out there since I heard the music choices tonight,” she admitted.

While locking himself away from everyone for the rest of his life sounded super appealing to him right now, Frank had to step up to the plate and realize the Gossip Witches would reveal his secret anytime soon. This meant facing with the consequences of his actions. Not sure in the slightest how he’d ever be able to look Alice in the eyes again, Frank decided to go to James. Whether it was for advice or just to vent, he had no clue, but perhaps if he admitted his truth to his best friend it’d be easier to deal with everyone else knowing it soon enough. “James hey–” he greeted the other with a very tired and pale face. “Thanks for meeting with me,” Frank then said as the other sat down. “Order whatever you’d like,” he added with a wave of his hand. “I uh– I really need to talk to you about something.”

“Hey– Romeo still remembers you,” Raph chuckled, the golden retriever giving out a cheerful bark as James approached. “I hope you remember Romeo, or I might have to cut ties with you,” he added teasingly.
