Some new, some old, but now placed in sequence of relevance. Also, I grouped these into smaller pictures to allow for easier viewing.  

Jude isn't naive, Alvin knows. Alvin knows just about better than anybody. If anything, Jude is the one who gets... creative.  Alvin will never be able to think of Linking the same way again, for sure.  Hearts and minds beating together in a very different kind of heat from combat. 

Alvin had also learned to be a bit less reckless. It wasn't so much that he cared about himself, but the last time the call had been too close, he decided that he never wanted to see that kind of worry on Jude's face again. He had enough to worry about already. 

Here, another sketch compilation. Some of these I might've already posted, but whatever. I figure you guys don't mind. No such thing as too much Jalvin, right? Or AlJu or... there's too many names for me to fit in tags. 

More sketches of older!Jude and Alvin. To be fair, even 6 years later, Alvin is STILL younger than Jade Curtiss. I think. Wasn't Jade 35? Alvin's only 32 here. Jude is 21. For previously stated reasons, Alvin shaved off the beard and right now he has short hair again. Jude's a bit taller but still petite in comparison.  Alvin may fret about things but Jude doesn't care what people say about them. Ignore the dumb outfits. I haven't designed anything concrete for them yet, and who wears the same thing every day, anyway?

Another sketchdump of 20 something Jude and 30 something Alvin. Yep. I am still playing with Alvin's hair (facial or otherwise) so any, all, or NONE of these might be what I settle on.  On the one hand he's starting to look more like David Xanatos and that's cool but on the other hand, that was not at all what I had in mind whoops. 

Except for bottom right/center, more of the older!Jude and Alvin. I was experimenting with hairstyles for a 30 ish Alvin. He's starting to look like Reeve Tuesti and this is either an awesome or terrible thing.
