I’m saying this as a very big fan
So Melissa Bonny posted this picture on May 3rd talking about how Amaranthe have finished recording their Album, and now i’m wondering if she has a guest spot on a track or not (since she could also have been in Denmark because of her relationship with Morten), As much as I love her voice I don’t really think it would be necessary considering the fact that they have 3 incredibly talented vocalists already who pretty much cover every vocal style, but if she does I hope it is better than the mess that was Do Or Die, because that just being Elize and Angela made me understand what former vocalist Jake E said before he left about being more of a backing vocalist and having his role reduced significantly, especially because Melissa can do both Clean and Harsh vocals so she has both Nils and Henrik’s parts down if she is on a track.
Before anyone goes off I am aware that it’s not all about the vocalists, and that Olof, Johan and Morten are just as important but I don’t really see the point in having 3 vocalists if your not going to use their talents equally.
This is the time For chasing my desires What's in my heart is true And if my dreams set everything on fire Then I would still belong to you
True, Amaranthe
Day 17: A Song You'd Sing A Duet With Someone On Karaoke I hate karaoke, I can't sing. If I must I would use True. At least this is already a duet, no one said it had to be typical karaoke. Love this song, love the message and Elize’s shoes are fantastic.

By Carl Begai Since the October 2016 release of Amaranthe's fourth album, Maximalism, vocalist and co-founder Jake E. has been conspicuous in his absence from the touring trail and in the press. The band's triple vocalist attack remained intact for the band's 2016 European tour, however, thanks to Smash...
tl;dr Jake feels the last two albums were not metal enough and he doesn’t like it that his voice wasn’t used enough.

So on Amaranthe’s albums before Jake left (Self Titled, The Nexus, Massive Addictive and Maximalism) it was Elize, Olof and Jake who wrote the lyrics, so i’m confused as to why for Helix it was just Elize and Olof writing. I love the album, but I wish that they would have given Nils a part in the writing process, this is purely based of off the fact that his other band (Dynazty) for which he is the main writer, have some amazing lyrics (Examples being: Salvation, The Human Paradox and Ascension.) So I would have love to have known what they would have come up with if they worked with him on lyrics.
19082 Don't get me wrong, Elize is a great vocalist but does anyone else find it annoying the way she is kind of considered THE image of the band? I know a lot of people think that about lead vocalists but there's still another vocalist to the band. Even when Jake was in the band, they were all kind of put in the background with Elize at the front.

CYHRA, the champions of melodic metal, have unleashed their latest single “Superman” today, heralding a new era since the release of their third album, The Vertigo Trigger. The track explodes with headbang-inducing riffs, as vocalist Jake E teases its epic, melody-rich chorus against a backdrop of sharp instrumentals. The almost spoken verses escalate to a larger-than-life chorus, culminating in…
