well, you are on point. i always rooted for kou and touma always gave me the creep kind of vibe, so i never really liked him. but yeah, sakisaka's work is great, and im really glad stories like hers are out bc we needed something appealing and worth reading tbh, its nice to see that side of shoujo manga, haven't catched anything really good aside from that lately. now that i think about it, hnr does kinda sucks, character development is bad and the story is been kinda rushed from the beginning
she's such a great writer omg. reading shoujo manga shouldn't be focused about relationships all the time either, i really love how she centers most of her topics about friendship too. hnr is not bad, it's just not good either (in my opinion) what you said about it is exactly why i don't think it's a decent shoujo manga. we got to meet futaba and her friends throughout the story but with hnr i just felt like i was reading another typical shoujo manga. idk;;;;this is just me tho;;;; if u like hnr then that's good ! we all have different opinions :-)
NOT REALLY but let's be honest here (oops sorry, i know it was too random)
im really upset that futaba chose kou over toma, but what i love about the author is that she writes interesting stories/characters. the lead girl in hirunaka no ryuusei is as interesting as a wall tbh. the character development in sakisaka io's stories is really great. just her writing in general (apart from her really appealing art work) is really appreciated. we rarely get to see these kinds of characters portrayed in shoujo manga so i really really love her for that. that's why i love ahr, and strobe edge.Â
