he had caught the red eye flight out of new york after filming last night’s episode for snl and made it back in time to film yet another episode of ‘the tonight show with jackson blackwell’ and to say he was exhausted was the understatement of the century. he didn’t even bother changing after he wrapped for the night and instead, headed to a party that his agents said he had to go to. was it a charity thing? a housewarming? a product launch? he couldn’t tell you. he had been getting funny looks all night, laughs and stares being pointed in his direction and he was getting tired of it. so, he approached someone, tapping them on the shoulder as he took a sip from his drink. “alright, you seriously gotta help a guy out and tell me...do i have something on my face? in my teeth?” he asked, completely not realizing that he had left set with a princess tiara on his head from the sketch he did on tonight’s show.

Jackson was standing at the punchbowl filling his cup as he glanced around the reunion. Just a bunch of people trying to show each other up. He saw his current boyfriend off talking to someone. They had met in high school, though they hadn’t started dating till college. After all he had been the sport star of the school, and Jackson was focused on his studies. College had allowed less social confinement, and Jackson was smart and successful in his major and was going to be someone.

Now they were together, and while some might want to show that off considering that he had climbed so far up the social ladder, Jackson didn’t see the point. Jackson looked at the snacks on the table only to jump when he felt a pair of hands on his waist squeezing tightly on his hips. For a moment he thought it was Hank, but when he peeked over his shoulder he spotted Beck Rosenhaven. The boy was trouble all throughout high school. And he had always made a habit of teasing Jackson and touching him.
