You’re on your way to work. It’s your first day at the new building of the company you work at, which is in Korea. As you’re walking down the street, carrying a lot of books and personal items to fill your desk with, someone bumps into you. You drop everything on the pavement, and, as you’re about to kill the man who was careless enough to be on his phone while he was walking, you notice something strange. No, it can’t be.

“I’m so sorry! Let me help you,” the man offered. “You’re carrying too many things. May I walk you to wherever it is that you’re going?”

“It’s fine, don’t worry about it. It’s my first day of work at (…) company.” You’re not certain, because he’s wearing a hat and glasses, but you know this man.

NAME:  Jackson Peter Tyler

NICKNAME: Usually just goes by Jackson, but some people call him “Jack.” He’s also been called a puppy, but I’m not sure this is to his face. GENDER: Cis-male ROMANTIC ORIENTATION: Mun is still figuring this out. Thus far, he’s tentatively heteromantic but might border on aromantic, too. PREFERRED PET NAMES: None. He likes his name as it is. RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Single FAVORITE CANON SHIP: Rose/Jack/Nine FAVORITE NON-CANON SHIP: For Jackson? Well, he’s my OC and thus far I have no OTP for him. OPINION ON TRUE LOVE: Love isn’t something he actively thinks about. Sometimes, however, it does cross his mind and he does, in fact, wonder if all this talk of “the one” applies to everyone. It did for his parents, but will it happen to him? (Does he even want it?) OPINION ON LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT: He’s open-minded in this regard. I think he believes it can happen, but isn’t teribly common. HOW ‘ROMANTIC’ ARE THEY?: He’s actually not super romantic, at least not consciously. It isn’t that he dislikes that kinda thing, more that what might be interpreted as a romantic gesture on his end comes from an earnest, good-natured place. He enjoys seeing others happy.  IDEAL PHYSICAL TRAITS: | Jackson is asexual...this doesn’t really apply. Every so often something about someone might turn his head but there’s never been one specific thing that’s ever made him pause and go “damn.” IDEAL PERSONALITY TRAITS:  Someone with whom he can form a deep connection with and trust, emotionally. Not to the same degree as his father: he’s simply been raised in a close-knit family and is a mama’s boy, so...he likes to know he’s got someone to watch his back, to care for him and take the reins if he needs help. Also, someone with a sense of adventure and who isn’t afraid of exploring the unknown.  UNATTRACTIVE PHYSICAL TRAITS: No preference IDEAL DATE: “boldly going where no one has gone before.” Also, he loves sweets. A little trip to the local bakery (or new bakery) is always appreciated. DO THEY HAVE A TYPE?: Not really, but like I said, emotional availability and adventuring personality always help. AVERAGE RELATIONSHIP LENGTH: He’s never been in a relationship before. It’s never been high on his priority list. PREFERRED NON-SEXUAL INTIMACY: Jackson doesn’t do sex. He finds it alien, uncomfortable and gross. As such, all activities he prefers are non-sexual. Space travel is his favorite. He adores the mental stimulation, and the adrenaline rush. COMMITMENT LEVEL: I’m not actually sure about this. His friendship commitment is always 100%, but because he’s never been in a relationship before I couldn’t tell you how long he’d manage to hold one down.  OPINION OF PUBLIC AFFECTION: Small ones he’s okay with. Anything more elaborate will probably embarrass him, at least at first. PAST RELATIONSHIPS?: None
