What would be the best starting point for learning this way of writing? I am very interested.
It depends on which mode you want to start learning. For English and Quenya modes, you're already in a good place to start! I have study guides available here that will help with learning the different character values and under what circumstances they should be used.
I'm currently in the middle of editing my Sindarin mode study guides, otherwise I'd say the same for that.
Otherwise, some of my favorite resources whilst learning the Tengwar were Amanye Tenceli, Mellonath Daeron's Tengwar primers, and Quenya 101 (Quenya mode only).
