i already added this in tags on my reblog but I feel like i need to expand here. I know FOR A FACT that the toon doing drugs that they had to say "DRUGS R BAD!!!!!! #DARE" to was Shrimpo. And also that Vee would have pulled up diagrams on her screen. No clue what the other toons would do TBH but Pebble would have had to be used as A Drug Dog β’οΈ . At the end there would be Dandy wearing a D.A.R.E shirt next to a toonified version of the D.A.R.E lion.
Also the plot of the episode would be that Shrimpo tries bullying Cosmo into baking edibles and then Sprout is like "What!! Shrimpo no!!' and then pebble would walk out of Shrimpos room with a drug packet in his mouth and thats when The Baking Duoβ’οΈ would call up the other toons. I think the toons in it would be the ones i already mentioned + Astro [no clue what he would do tho??]
