Hey everyone, I wanted to share a bit of the process behind all my work for Green Man Festival this year.

This is the lanyard image for the festival, and I’ve included a few colour concept pieces which I used to make rough posters before we nailed down a specific vibe.

Forgotten Ancient (Secret Lair Drop) - Jack Teagle

Jack Teagle’s website (jackteagle.co.uk) showcases him as a freelance illustrator based in the South West of England, and his style is loud, playful, and totally unique. On his site, you can see his portfolio that spans comics, character design, editorial illustration, and even textile or product design. He’s worked for some big‑name clients like Netflix, Adobe, Minecraft, and he also self‑publishes comics that have been translated into other languages. His art is inspired by pop culture, folklore, and childhood memories, blending bold graphics with a slightly naive, cartoonish feel. Through his site you can also learn how he balances client work with his personal, more experimental projects, and it’s super inspiring if you’re into illustration or game‑design, his characters feel like they’ve jumped out of a comic, but they’re polished enough to work in commercial contexts too.
