England x Japan = Slow Burn. The aforementioned brother and his friend. They are just such dorks. Arthur thinks Kiku is not interested, Kiku is too insecure about his suspicions to ask. They are desperately in love but move at a snail's pace. By the time they kiss, America and Vietnam will already be sending their kids to college xDD
Japan x China = Enemies to lovers. I mean... they both went through some rough phases and a lot of bad blood. But time heals everything, and when you end up living a boring, comfortable life, and old enemy might turn into the best friend, to remember, to make your blood race a little...
