I've run through the list of North American turtle species and I think the Bog Turtle is the closest match. They have this single orange blob mark where Leo would have his red one.

Fun fact: the Bog Turtle is the state reptile of New Jersey lmao

And there's the Spotted Turtle. I've seen some people suggesting that too. Their patterns look a lot like Box Turtles', specially Ornate Box Turtles' (Mikey's species), and people have also been saying that her design looks like Mikey's sooo...

If she turns out to be a Spotted Turtle, I'll excuse her big glossy lips and eyelashes.

I know the boys are all turtle species native to the USA, and not land turtles either, but also if anyone here is Brazillian and wants to go wild with headcanons, she could be a jabuti :]
