It got here early!! The original "Get It Together" record has a neat "cutout" gimmick of a cover, which made me want to pick it up despite it not being on my wishlist from last year! Unsurprisingly, most of the listings i saw of this record had the thin area between the "G" and the "I" on the cover torn or bent horribly, but this one is in great shape. Record is too.
I do also really like some of the more unique songs on this album (THREE psychedelic funk-soul songs written and produced by Norman Whitfield), the title track is one of my favorite J5 songs, plus it contains the true debut of Dancing Machine, so I'm glad to have it!
