Sweet and sour celery salad Firstly, I donât really like celery and I donât think Iâm alone in this. It seems that Ixta is well aware of the publicâs general disdain for this particular vegetable as the headnote reads âif youâre thinking of giving this salad a miss, think againâ. A bold statement that I 100% stand behind! The only adjustment I made was to use chopped cashews instead of pine nuts, prices are going up and I canât afford such luxuries anymore đđ¸ One last thing - I noticed all the recipes call for X twists of freshly ground pepper. Iâm calling for an international ban on â1 tsp of freshly ground pepperâ in all cook books!
