Good Morning Chase Files, I would like to share an experience that my sister had yesterday. She got a call yesterday from Solo Trading in Black Rock, St. Michael. After a mini interview on the phone they told her to come in (yesterday) Friday October 29th for 8 am. When she went she was immediately put to work obviously because she's there to work. Now the girl that had to train her on cash was very unkind and said to her "I can't train people who does get on like dem retarded" went to the supervisor and said something. When the supervisor came she was also unkind and unprofessional to her as well. My sister has no cashier experience whatsoever something that they would have known from her resumè. She said she even went as far as trying to humiliate her infront of customers. Chase Files my sister went home and cried and said she's not going back. She is 20 years old and wants to make an honest dollar for herself only to be treated like that by one of our very own people. I am tired and fed up with how unkind we are to one another. Everyone has to train at some point. There's absolutely no need to treat people like that. My sister is not a confrontational person and she looks younger than 20 so I wonder if that's why she was treated this way. To The Chase Files readers do you think she should go back?
