Back session was awesome today! Above @richguy_iwmcuk doing some wide grip lat pull downs. Today's session consisted of - 8 sets x 15/20 reps bent over row. 4 sets of weighted pull ups. 4 x close grip pull downs / 4 x wide grip pull downs (both exercises) super setted with straight arm pull downs for those lats!
