This past weekend I got to play with a Tavor. So I spent a few minutes working on reloads to see how well it works. They're tricky. You can't let the mags drop free since it has an AK style (ish) mag release. Which means reloads are a little slower. Recoil management on a Tavor isn't as good in my opinion as a regular AR since you can't get your support arm higher on the bore or lock your elbow out very well.
