Hey what're the best stims for you?
this is a Very Good ask, thank you
some of my fave stims include
- Raptor Hands: I tense up my arms and shake them really, really fast! (what you saw in the second gif of my most recent stimming post, and variations thereof)
- Hair Rubz: run my hands across the fluffy part of my hair, especially right after it’s been washed and there’s no product in it
- Bounce: basically i just bounce up onto the balls of my feet and back down whenever I’m standing somewhere
- Rocking: I rock back and forth while sitting down and holding tight onto my head; usually a stressed stim
-Tapping: just hitting my hands against nearby objects really really fast
Rubbing: a calm stim that I just do idly sometimes; rubbing my hands or feet together when they are not busy
That’s all I can think of off the top of my head right now. If you would like me to post any gifs of me doing these, feel free to ask!

I have lots and lots of questions about NPD and I am excited to learn because there isn't much information about it! Would it be better to ask through submitting asks or can I send you a message about all I'd like to know?
