wow what an interesting character with questionable morals and long blonde hair it’d be a shame if i lost my sanity over him or something
After all those heartbreaking “i forgive you” and “I can’t say i’m in love with you”
I finally got it. My unconditional true eternal love
And don’t you dare say me, that they are not together now!
My eyes have spied a link to the new epi, so here I go...
I like the intro song. Bang, bang. All fall down.
What happened to your eye Armand?
Why the cane Louis? He looks like he is limping aka he needs it and it's not for show.
Why are the auctioning off Lestat's music? Is this scene set at the end of the season? I mean, it's called The Complete Works of Lestat... He set it on fire. lol. That's a fancy ass music cabinet.
I feel like I am supposed to know Glasses, but I don't know Glasses. I'm pretty sure he works for the vampire watching org that I can't remember the name of.
Louis Armand failmarriage is SO fun neither of them are here because they truly love the other. Making fun ScottMaddie parallels in my head bc they are the failmarriage of all time. This is how you know ivtw rewrote my brain chemistry bc I am making xmen comparisons. Rotting my brain

so what is it with season 2 episode 5's
So I'm being totally normal about the reunion scene.
That small break in Lestat's voice when he asks Louis if he harmed himself on September 8, 1973. My man was on the brink of tears nearly 60 years later. How did he mange that day?
Armand, as far as we know, didn't tell Lestat before or after how Louis was injured. And even then Armand stopped acting as a mouth piece before Lestat could find out more. Lestat wasn't even sure that Louis was there! All he knew was that it was morning and that it was bad enough for Armand to reach out to him.
Daylight. The sun that shone on his Claudia as she looked to him, daughter to father, fledgeling to maker, vampire to vampire as she burned could now be shining on Louis. The very same daylight that was preventing him from going to Louis at that very moment.
How much of the damage we saw at his residence was cased on that day? By a worried furious Lestat caged by the day.
The same man that said he did not deserve the forgiveness Louis gave him for dropping him, for hurting the only person he loved. How could his mind reconsile that man hurting himself? And that he had to rely on another to protect him?
He admits that Claudia's death traumatized him! How many days and nights was Claudia's burning face replaced with Louis' in his nightmares? Did Armand take pity on him and at least let him know that Louis was alright?
Did he feel Louis' agony through his bond?
(I didn't read the books so please tell me if I'm completely off base here.)
...I'm not ok.
monsters playing in domesticity, ah, how i missed this trope
slightly different colours and atmosphere + some details
