The word 'free' just made my heart do backflips in joy. (●⁰౪⁰●)

Of course this 'web radio' is a fictional programme hosted by fictional characters. The programme is mostly about romantic relationships and the like, and the radio personality (a popular male actor) Kiyoto Nagase reads out listeners' messages and gives love advice. However among the many messages from female listeners lies a single mail from a male listener. Noticing this, Kiyoto looks through it and decides to introduce it as the first message. 'What exactly is the male listener's love experience in this message that caught Kiyoto's eye.... ?'  

The characters! 

IvRADIO personality Kiyoto Nagase (CV: Yoshino Hiroyuki) A currently popular actor (with good acting skills) who garners the attention of women.  He dislikes lies and is an honest character.  He is straightforward when it comes to speaking his thoughts and comes off as a little sharp-tongued, but at work he is always smiling and is a mood maker who livens up the place.  Because he is strict to himself and others, he is extreme when it comes to liking or disliking people. However in drinking and chatting he opens up and shows a warm side to him. 

IvRADIO producer Yuji Izumi (CV: Toriumi Kousuke)  A man who runs a small recording studio. His main occupation is  a studio engineer.  He has a soft demeanor and is friendly to everyone. While he is gentle to anyone, he doesn't speak his mind and sometimes puts a distance between other people and himself. He takes on the attitude of doing anything that seems interesting, so other than work he has plenty of interests. A free person who treats his own time with importance. 

IvRADIO listener Yuzuru Orita (CV: Shimono Hiro)  A young man who is cheerful, considerate and kind.  He has a good-natured side that renders him unable to leave a person in need alone or to turn down requests for help.   He admires Kiyoto who is an actor, and checks out every work that features him. Because of that, when he finds out that Kiyoto is working as the radio personality for IvRADIO, he decides to send in mail about his own past love relationships.

No further information on when it will start and all that jazz, so we'll have to wait for it. (*´・ｖ・) The official site isn't fully open either ('radio' and 'special' are in preparation, and there's 'order' which leads me to think that they'll release a CD for this after all) but the concept is kind of interesting... Although I worry that this will only be available for those in Japan.
