Oggetto: Richiesta di rimozione dei medici obiettori di coscienza dai consultori familiari

Negli ultimi anni, la presenza di medici obiettori di coscienza all'interno dei consultori familiari ha suscitato un acceso dibattito pubblico; la Legge 194/1978 che regola l'interruzione volontaria di gravidanza, prevede che i consultori debbano fornire supporto alle donne che desiderano interrompere una gravidanza e garantire l'accesso a servizi di salute riproduttiva; tuttavia, la presenza di professionisti con un approccio non favorevole all'aborto rischia di compromettere il principio di assistenza neutrale e il diritto delle donne a ricevere informazioni complete e imparziali.

Richiesta: chiediamo che venga adottata una misura che preveda la rimozione in via definitiva dei medici obiettori di coscienza dai consultori familiari, con il fine di: - Proteggere il Diritto alla Salute: garantire che tutte le donne possano accedere a servizi sanitari privi di pressioni ideologiche e che rispettino la loro libertà di scelta - Promuovere un Ambiente Neutro: creare uno spazio dove le donne possano ricevere informazioni accurate e supporto senza influenze esterne legate a posizioni ideologiche sull'aborto - Rafforzare i Servizi di Supporto all'IVG: favorire l'inserimento di professionisti specializzati in ginecologia, psicologia e assistenza sociale, capaci di offrire un supporto completo alle donne che desiderano interrompere una gravidanza in quanto non desiderata

Conclusione: la salute e il benessere delle donne devono essere al centro delle politiche sanitarie: è fondamentale garantire che i consultori familiari svolgano il loro ruolo senza conflitti d'interesse o pressioni ideologiche. Chiediamo pertanto l'adozione urgente di misure per rimuovere i medici obiettori di coscienza dai consultori familiari.

Today I'm very happy to show you the first of two new posters I've produced for @planningfamilial on the subject of abortion for transmasculine people!

Trans-male pregnancies are a fact of life. Family Planning defends the right to abortion for all people likely to become pregnant, including trans men and non-binary people.

Unfortunately, our community faces very real difficulties. Binary medical software and the lack of training for health professionals can make the abortion process very complex, and we are often faced with misunderstandings, judgements and even refusals of care.

It is essential to guarantee unimpeded access to this fundamental right, so that everyone can choose to have an abortion without being discriminated against.

Je suis très heureux aujourd'hui de vous montrer la première des deux nouvelles affiches que j'ai réalisé pour le @planningfamilial sur le sujet de l'IVG pour les personnes transmasculines !

Les grossesses trans masculines sont des réalités de vie. Le Planning familial défend le droit à l'avortement pour toutes les personnes susceptibles de porter une grossesse, y compris des hommes trans et personnes non binaires.

Malheureusement, notre communauté se heurte à des difficultés très concrètes. Les logiciels médicaux binaires et l'absence de formation des professionnel·le·s de santé peuvent rendre le parcours d'avortement très complexe, nous sommes souvent confrontés à des incompréhensions, des jugements voire des refus de soins.

Il est essentiel de garantir un accès sans obstacle à ce droit fondamental, pour que chaque personne puisse avoir le choix d’avorter sans être discriminée.

Thanks again to them for their commission, their trust and their support for the trans community!

Minors who are trans, non-binary and/or questioning their gender identity are particularly vulnerable to ideological attacks aimed at restricting their rights. Family Planning offers a place to listen and support without judgement, and above all without seeking to influence, unlike conversion therapies, which are prohibited and dangerous.

This poster insists on the need to support these minors and their families in a caring way, respecting their experiences and protecting them from the prejudice and violence to which they are exposed.

Les mineur·e·s trans, non binaires et/ou en questionnement sur leur identité de genre sont particulièrement vulnérables face aux attaques idéologiques qui visent à restreindre leurs droits. Le Planning Familial offre un espace d'écoute et de soutien sans jugement, et surtout sans chercher à influencer, contrairement aux thérapies de conversion qui sont interdites et dangereuses.

IVG would enable these women to have their own genetically related babies at any age. That's because induced pluripotent stem cells can be made from just a single cell from anyone's skin or blood. So these lab-grown eggs would have that person's DNA. But the possibilities are even broader. [...] Japanese scientists have already successfully completed IVG in mice and are trying to translate their success to humans. Many other labs around the world are also racing toward the same goal.
