The #dog's owner was so irresponsible and tried to defend such an attack. The police came, as well as #animal control. I'm a mess and I can't believe that I failed to protect her. I've always had it in my head that if such a thing would ever happen, that I would pick her up. But it happens so fast, all I could do was kick and pull at that dog off, while the owner was running to get it. . As a pet owner you're responsible for your dog. This lady knew her dog would get loose from her and attack Ewok and even though I cannot function right now and is an emotional wreck, I can't help but wonder why this had to happen and my why heart is with the other dog as I've had #pitbulls in the past. I know THEY ARE VERY LOVING DOGS too. . . The cost for emergency surgery is expensive and I'm asking, you FAM, to reach out and help my daughter with anything you can on her #gofundme account.
