Day 24 of Part 3 of Worldbuilding: The Characters:
The spinner landed on Ivan:
Birthday: 21 (As of the time in the main fic in 2009), born in 1987 May 7th
Height and weight: 5.5 feet, 65 kg
Pronouns and sexuality: He/they, bisexual
When he was a child, he was taught by his fireman father that it's important to leave behind a legacy in the world, which influenced Ivan to have a mindset like that. When his dad died in a fire, he made sure to heed his advice.
He found his talent in programming and creating games, so he wanted to make a legacy of making the best game there is out there.
One day, a vagrant showed up at the door, and he let him live with him when he heard his story, he made friends with Andrew, but it became bitter when he found out Andrew also made games, and even worse, was better at it then him.
They frequently got into arguments over it, Ivan verbally manipulated him, sabotaged his games when he wasn't looking.
All the while, his schizophrenia, a little selfish voice that made him want to excel in everything, born from the legacy mindset gave him violent thoughts that made him slowly lose it.
He was planning to kill him that night with a an axe to the head, but the events of TR;CA got in the way, instead he and Ivan stayed inside on the first day, thinking it would pass, when it didn't and got worse, they went outside where they followed where they saw others headed.
His personality: Hypocritical, arrogant, quiet, insane
What he thinks of his friend:
He hates him, what was once a genuine friendship in the makes devolved into a one-sided enemyship where Ivan saw him as a thorn in his side.
Ivan and Elliot are cousins, in his childhood they actually used to keep in touch with eachother but that slowly faded as time went on.
The Tumor is actually a seperate, unstable entity that manifested from his selfishness and is bound to him. Only he can see it, nobody believes him.
He doesn't feel empathy, no matter how much he feigns it, the insanity took what's left good of him.
